How long does it take before I get the final version of my website?

• The website will be delivered back to you within 5 business days complete with all your content professionally populated.

Is the Adobe content editor easy to use, will it take long to learn?

• The Adobe content editor was built with the beginner in mind, while it does have many advance features, it only takes a couple of minutes to learn how to change your own pictures, words and even create as many new pages as you want.
  
  When your site is first delivered to you we will schedule a 30 minute session with one of our trainers who will take you through the basics of managing your website. To show how seriously we want to empower you there is a full online WIKI created to provide help 24 hours a day.

How do I pay for the website?

• When you commission the website the final step is to provide a deposit of 50% so that our staff can begin production of your new website. You will get the opportunity to review the website with the content you’ve provided and approve it before going live. At this stage an invoice will be send to you for the remaining balance. Upon payment your new website will go live. Very exciting.

What happens if I change my mind?

• We certainly hope you don’t change your mind because the value of a Chamber Biz Web is unmatched elsewhere. However, if for any reason you’ve decided within 4 hours of commissioning a website that you do not want it, we will cancel the whole thing. Just call and let us know and please tell us why so we can continually improve the customer experience, but we are sure you’re going love it.

Seems a lot of money for hosting, why does it cost so much?

• What you get with the Chamber Biz Web is more than just a website and a content editor, you get an Online Business. Hosting is a small portion of the monthly costs but it also includes access to a lot of the necessary tools to market your business and some optional extras you may want to take advantage of including:

What happens if I want to leave the Chamber Biz Web?

• If you want to leave us we’ve made the process simple. Just send us an email or in writing listing your name, domain name, username and reasons for leaving and within 30 days the agreement is cancelled. How is that for simple.

What happens to my website when I cancel?

• The website and its content all belongs to you the customer and can be moved anywhere you want. If you want the website and all its content please include this information with the initial notification and if your account is up to date regarding payment, we will zip the files and make them available for a small charge of £50 + VAT. We only want to keep you as a customer if this incredible online business is working for you and thus make the process easy.
